Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engineering Coordinator in Wisconsin to align Engineering projects with production needs. You will coordinate changes, maintain documentation, and support preproduction builds within a cross-functional team.
Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of manufacturing experience and can travel up to 10%. Work hours are typically 7 am–5 pm, Monday through Friday, with a strong focus on processes and metrics.

The Industrial Engineering Coordinator is a key role in the Operations Engineering team that interfaces with multiple cross functional teams to ensure the projects and tasks are being executed within according to schedule. The Industrial Engineering Coordinator also is an integral part of the Process System Design to help with manufacturing readiness and monitoring metrics of existing projects.
