The Department of Ophthalmology at the Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Medical Center is recruiting for Glaucoma Specialist Ophthalmologist. Interest in resident training to support our academic mission is considered a positive attribute.
The successful candidate should have fellowship training in Glaucoma and be able to perform a broad range of glaucoma and cataract ophthalmologic procedures. A recent case list for review is also required.
Applicants must (1) have an M.D. (or D.O), (2) be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology, and (3) be eligible for Minnesota medical licensure.

This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific individual eligibility requirements in accordance with VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Approval, amount (up to $200,000), and eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after complete review of the EDRP application.
