  • Mode: Contract / Long Term

Primary Skills: Network Support (CCNA or equivalent, routers, switches, access points, SH&E), End User Computer support (PC imaging, troubleshooting, hardware repair)

Job Description:

  • Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience as deskside/onsite support or local IT engineer
  • Experience supporting network and datacenter equipment/devices
  • CCNA or equivalent knowledge/experience
  • Strong Microsoft OS installation and troubleshooting skills (Windows 7, 10, 11)
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting MS Office applications
  • Desktop support knowledge including hardware, software, networking
  • Hardware repair experience for PCs and laptops, ability to achieve Client Repair Certification
  • Skills in desktops, workstations, notebooks, printers, handhelds
  • Basic understanding of audio/video equipment and conference room setup
  • User account management (Active Directory, Exchange)
  • Experience with remote support tools (SMS, Bomgar, Live Meeting, Windows tools)
  • Support for mobile devices (Blackberry, Android, iOS)
  • Customer service and communication skills
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM tools like ServiceNow
