Job Overview

Excel Sports & Physical Therapy, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partner, is seeking a full-time Front Office Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial point of contact with patients and provide administrative support for the outpatient clinic.
  • Communicate company policies, procedures, and insurance information professionally and effectively.
  • Follow all compliance, Medicare, and HIPAA policies.
  • Complete daily office and administrative duties.
  • Manage insurance co-payments, patient registration, and document reconciliation.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
  • Verify insurance benefits.
  • Manage incoming calls and visitors to facilitate clear and positive communication.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Preferred: Two years of experience in a medical office, customer service, or similar setting.
