Qualifications

• Experience with accounts receivable/payable processes.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manipulate data.
• Attention to detail with minimal errors.
• Good communication with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and sort documents for data entry into accounting systems.
• Verify source documents for accuracy and reconcile data.
• Process customer invoices and daily EFT settlements.
• Set up new customer accounts and confirm information with customers.
• Process vendor invoices and obtain payment approval.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve billing issues.
• Report daily bank activity to management.
• Perform account research and support internal/external customers.
• Assist with other reconciliations and special projects.
