Job summary

IS International Services seeks a Supply Chain Business Analyst Contractor to design and own an Excel-based supplier forecast model. Lead requirements, build scalable data models, and automate with VBA and Power Query for fast, accurate planning insights.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into actionable rules, and ensure data governance while delivering user-friendly outputs and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Hands-on experience in business analysis, supply chain analytics, forecasting, or data modeling with Excel.
• Advanced Excel skills including VBA, formulas, charts, PivotTables and data validation.
• Ability to convert complex business rules into reliable calculations and automation.
• Strong data modeling, relationships, and performance-conscious design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with supply chain teams to understand forecasting needs.
• Translate business questions into functional requirements and data specs.
• Lead requirement gathering, map processes, and document definitions.
• Build and maintain an Excel-based supplier forecast model with user-friendly outputs.
• Design scalable data models and integrate data from ERP, planning, and other sources.
• Develop filtering, scenario analysis, refresh, and self-service controls.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and traceability in outputs.
• Provide training and support for model usage and troubleshooting.
