Qualifications

• Advanced professional-level Excel expertise.
• Strong command of XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, dynamic arrays, and other advanced formulas.
• Hands-on experience with PivotTables, data modelling, and dashboard development.
• Strong working knowledge of Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Experience using macros and VBA in professional spreadsheet workflows.
• Broad application of Excel across multiple industries or business functions.
• Teaching or professional training experience is advantageous.
• PhD-level academic experience is also considered a strong plus.
• Previous AI training, human-data annotation, or model-evaluation experience is advantageous but not required.
