Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to ensure accurate entry, proofing and maintenance of all purchase order shipment confirmations and related records.

You will organize packing lists, monitor ISF information and invoices, and collaborate with the import clearance team to keep shipments compliant and on schedule across domestic and international suppliers.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurate entry, proofing and maintenance of all purchase order shipment confirmations.
• Receive, organize, and manage PO packing lists and COAs.
• Ensure ISF information, packing lists and commercial invoices are provided in time.
• Maintain production and best before dates cargo and lot records.
• Monitor open POs and shipping instructions and escalate delays.
• Coordinate logistics with transportation teams for challenges.
• Assist in review and approval of supplier invoices.
• Manage exception reports related to inventory and allocations.
• Provide COAs and supplier certificates to Customer Service and Sales.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
