Job summary

Southeast Connections LLC is seeking an Operator to perform construction and maintenance work in gas distribution and underground utilities, using backhoes, excavators, vibratory plows, and trenchers. The role supports daily contracts and requires physical work in outdoor environments.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years operating multiple machines, a valid driver's license, and a solid safety mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating multiple pieces of equipment.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, etc.) to perform construction and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure work complies with installation standards and safety requirements.
• Promote and monitor team safety and productivity on site.
• Prepare sites for optimized construction procedures and load/unload materials.
• Perform routine inspections and coordinate with foreman for repairs when needed.
