Job summary

United Infrastructure Group in the southeast seeks an Excavator Operator to operate excavators safely on highway and heavy civil construction sites, supporting construction, maintenance, and repairs while following site plans and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years operating experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may work in adverse weather.
• Ability to comply with safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operates an Excavator to perform digging, moving and loading tasks.
• May oil, grease, service, and perform daily maintenance checks on equipment.
• May assist with other site duties as needed.
• Follow digging plans and observe signals and markers to meet specifications.
