Valenti-Held is seeking an experienced Trackhoe/Excavator Operator to support Earthwork crews on site development projects in Whitestown, IN. This full-time role requires operating excavators, dozers, skid steers, tractors, and loaders with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will work with a collaborative crew to load haul trucks, grade earth, and maintain project specifications while following all safety protocols. The company emphasizes employee ownership and long-term growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience operating excavators, dozers, skid steers, tractors, and front-end loaders.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Excavator Operation: Operate trackhoe and excavators to load 40-ton haul trucks, dig ponds, and maintain grade for earthwork projects.
• Site Development Support: Assist in grading and moving materials, ensuring precise excavation and earthwork as per project specifications.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the safe operation and proper maintenance of excavators and other equipment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other crew members to complete projects on time and according to safety standards.
