We are hiring immediately for a skilled heavy equipment operator, especially with experience in backhoe and mini excavator operations for sewer and water service repairs and replacements.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment on residential and commercial sites.
• Follow OSHA and Roto-Rooter safety procedures.
• Collaborate with a crew to complete excavation tasks.
• Interact with customers as needed.
• Maintain excavation equipment.
• Work in confined spaces and open trenches.

Requirements

• Construction experience in residential and commercial sectors.
• Ability to load, unload, and secure equipment on transport trailers.
• Current CDL Class A license.
• Experience with trenchless water, sewer, and gas work is a plus.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Complete jobs within designated timelines.
