Job summary

Trade Management in Houston, TX seeks an Excavator Operator to support active construction sites in the Memorial area (Houston). This full-time, contract-to-hire position requires operating excavators, backhoes, and related equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will work from plans, perform daily inspections, and coordinate with other trades to maintain progress on site. A minimum of one year of equipment experience and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating excavator, ditch witch, and skid steer.
• Experience working on active construction sites.
• Knowledge of construction site safety practices.
• Ability to follow directions and work safely around other trades.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

ExcavatorOperator

Trade Management is seeking an experienced Excavator Operatorin the memorial area of Houston

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as backhoes, skid steers, Ditch witch and excavators
• Assist with excavation, trenching, grading, material handling, and general site preparation as needed
• Follow project plans, site instructions, and safety procedures
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues or maintenance concerns
• Work safely around other construction trades, crews, and active jobsites
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Pay

$18–$26/hour, depending on experience and equipment skills

Schedule

Full-time | Approximately 40 hours per week
