Job summary

Dickerson & Bowen is seeking a backhoe operator to support its asphalt and paving projects in central and southern Mississippi. You will operate a hydraulic shovel to dig trenches and holes, move earth, and transport material to trucks, under supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and proper certification. You will perform routine equipment maintenance and follow safety practices in dusty outdoor environments.

General Summary
