Job summary

RapidFix Services is seeking an Excavator Operator to move earth, rock and materials at construction sites in the Atlanta area. You will work with a team of professionals to complete projects efficiently and safely.

The role requires operating excavators, communicating progress, and performing routine maintenance to keep equipment in top condition. Monday–Friday, full-time; housing not provided in the Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating excavators or similar heavy equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Physically fit to operate heavy machinery for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavator to move materials according to project plans and specifications.
• Load and unload materials using excavator bucket.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Communicate with team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures on job site.
• Keep work area clean and organized.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating excavators or similar heavy equipment
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and equipment maintenance
• Good communication skills in English
• Physically fit to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time

Salary

Salary $1100 per month

Employment Details

This is a full-time position Monday through Friday
