• Conduct Daily 'Work Huddles' with team to coordinate work expectations.
• Excavate form and pour building footings.
• Install footer drain tile and stone to specifications.
• Back fill foundations and tamp accordingly.
• Excavate all trenches for utilities safely.
• Construct and install septic systems.

Job description

Description

Conduct Daily "Work Huddles" each morning with Superintendent and Excavation Laborers and Subcontractors personnel to coordinate and communicate work expectation for the day.

Lay out footing off scheduled stake out.

Excavate form and pour building footings on single family detached, single family attached and multifamily apartments.

Install footer drain tile and stone along foundation to manufacturers specifications, foundation back fill and installation of footer drains.

Back fill foundations and tamp accordingly.

Install and prep stone beneath slab to grade to allow for concrete.

Excavate all trenches for utilities exterior and interior installed by but not limited to subcontractors in a safe and OSHA approved manor. This will include water, sewer, electric and gas etc.

Excavate and install the roof drain/downspout piping.

Construct and install septic systems.

Construct and install drywell, rain gardens and any subterranean water storage systems.
