Qualifications

• Must be able to work in all types of weather, including extremely hot and extremely cold temperatures.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and stand.

Responsibilities

• Site work preparation to include digging trenches and backfilling holes.
• Loading and unloading site materials.
• Cleaning the work site by removing hazards and disposing materials.

Skills

Ability to follow specific verbal and written instructions

Familiarity with grade elevations and project layout

Effective communication with other workers

Aptitude in math

Comfortable around large construction machinery

Ability to work in fast-paced team environment

Education

Valid driver’s license

OSHA 10 certification

DOT Certificate

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in excavation work
