1-Tom-Plumber Franchise HQ is seeking a diligent Excavation Laborer to support outdoor construction projects. You will assist with trenching, pipe laying, digging, and site preparation while maintaining safety and cleanliness on the job site.

Ideal candidates have outdoor construction experience, a valid driver’s license, and a strong work ethic. Training and advancement opportunities are available, with benefits including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and wellness resources.

Qualifications

• Previous outdoor construction or excavation experience preferred
• Experience digging trenches or laying pipe is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to pass background check
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Heavy Equipment Operator experience is a bonus

Responsabilités

• Assist with installing pipe and site preparation
• Support residential site development projects
• Dig trenches and assist with laying pipe
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Assist equipment operators as needed
• Shovel, rake, and perform general excavation labor
