Job summary

Mr. Rooter Plumbing is seeking an Excavation Laborer to join our team in Indiana. The role involves performing excavation tasks, supporting crew, and delivering excellent customer service on outdoor sites.

The ideal candidate can lift 35 lbs+, has a valid driver's license, and demonstrates teamwork while operating in varied weather conditions. CDL is a plus and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Able to lift at least 35 lbs; comfortable bending and crawling in tight spaces.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Labor experience in excavation or landscaping preferred.
• Class A CDL a plus.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork required.
• Able to work outdoors year-round.
• Must work closely with excavation crew.

Responsibilities

• Assist excavation crew with daily tasks and site prep.
• Follow safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Coordinate with teammates to meet project goals.
• Support equipment operators as needed.
