Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Perform manual labor tasks at excavation sites.
2. Rake and shovel materials such as dirt, gravel, and asphalt.
3. Assist with grade checking and leveling (shooting grade).
4. Operate a jumping jack (compactor) to compact soil and other materials.
5. Assist in the laying of pipes, ensuring proper alignment and connection.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
7. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
8. Assist other team members as needed.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in excavation work.
2. Reliable transportation to varied job sites.
3. Personal Protective Equipment required (hard hat, work boots, ear protection, eye protection).
4. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
5. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in construction.
6. Good communication and teamwork skills.
7. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
