Job summary

CST Utilities LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator/Laborer to support excavation, site prep, and utility installation across our Ohio projects. You will operate excavators, backhoes, loaders, and other heavy equipment, and work with the crew to meet safety standards.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift 50+ pounds, and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years’ experience operating heavy machinery (excavators, backhoes, loaders).
• Two years’ experience digging around utilities (water, electric, sanitation).
• Valid driver’s license; CDL may be required for certain equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment to perform excavation and site work.
• Load/unload materials and transport as required.
• Assist with site setup, marking, safety barriers, and debris clearance.

The role involves handling equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, and other types of heavy machinery.
