Job summary

Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service seeks Field Sales Representatives for our Excavation department. This outside sales role provides pre-qualified leads from our technicians and call centers, with no cold calls and unlimited earnings potential.

You will identify sewer line repair solutions, perform camera assessments, follow up with customers, and provide competitive quotes to close sales using our pricing matrix.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and acceptable background check per company standards.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality.
• Outside sales experience in in-home services preferred; all backgrounds evaluated.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine root interruption or breakage needing repair or replacement.
• Follow up with existing customers to deliver effective plumbing solutions.
• Leverage pricing matrix and insurance guidelines to provide quotes and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
