Ideal candidates have 5+ years of foreman experience, a valid hoisting license, a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle. This full-time, in-person role includes benefits and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of foreman experience on excavation/construction sites.
• Hoisting license valid and up-to-date.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to read site plans and supervise crews safely.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret site plans to guide daily activities.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures on all sites.
• Supervise and coordinate job site activities and crews.
• Use and maintain construction tools and equipment.
• Train new workers and assign daily tasks.
• Maintain basic records of work and progress.
