DICOR CONSTRUCTION INC. is seeking an Excavation Site Foreman to oversee site preparation, excavation, grading and utility work in Bayshore, NY. You will lead a crew, coordinate with project managers and ensure safety and quality on every project.

The role requires proven leadership, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety standards, with CDL a plus and blueprints reading ability to support accurate execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of excavation/sitework experience.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing a team.
• Knowledge of excavation techniques, heavy equipment, and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plans.
• Valid driver's license; CDL a plus.

Responsibilities
