Job summary

Roscommon Inc, Middletown, CT, is seeking a Credibility Assessment Examiner (Bilingual) to administer Polygraph and EyeDetect examinations. This full-time role requires travel across the state and training out of state for 8–10 weeks.

A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years in Behavioral Health or Community Justice are required, with bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred. The position includes full-time hours, first shift, and opportunities to support statewide sex offender treatment programs

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer Polygraph examinations.
• Prepare and administer EyeDetect examinations.
• Attend specialized training in Polygraphs; training held out of state for 8–10 weeks.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Schedule: Full time, 40 hours, 1st shift, Monday-Friday

Program Summary

The Center for Treatment of Problem Sexual behavior provides state-wide community-based sex offender treatment and evaluation to justice involved adults with a history of problem sexual behaviors. These services help clients to identify triggers, manage risk factors, and set positive future goals to promote community safety and prevent future offense related behaviors.

Position Summary

The examiner will be responsible for relevant activities related to the preparation and administration of Polygraph and EyeDetect examinations. Candidates selected for this position are required to attend specialized training in the administration of Polygraphs.. Training is held out of state for a period of 8-10 weeks and candidates must be wiling and able to travel and remain out of state for the duration of the training program.

Frequent travel throughout the state including travel to correctional facilities is required.

Bilingual; Spanish speaking is strongly preferred

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 years of experience in Behavioral Health or Community Justice
• Valid driver’s license
• Regular and predictable attendance is required

Orientation

If selected for employment with The Connection, newly hired employees starting will be required to attend a mandatory two (2) day New Hire Orientation that will be held in our Roscommon office in Middletown.
