Job summary

Roscommon Inc. in Middletown, CT, seeks a Bilingual Therapist for the CTPSB (Forensic Program) to provide outpatient treatment to adults with histories of problematic sexual behavior, delivering services in English and Spanish.

This full-time position requires a master’s degree, licensure eligibility, two years of related experience, a CT driver’s license, and collaboration with CTPSB staff to rehabilitate and guide clients in the community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work.
• Must be eligible for licensure as LMSW, LPCA, MFTA or higher.
• 2 years of related experience in social work and/or behavioral health.
• Valid Connecticut driver’s license.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct outpatient treatment in English and Spanish to individuals on caseload.
• Collaborate with CTPSB Therapists to deliver comprehensive services.
• Support rehabilitation, education, and community reintegration for clients.
