Job summary

Huntington Learning Center Lakeland seeks an EP Coordinator to support our Exam Prep program. This part-time role will meet families, review student progress, and help carry the program forward with warmth and accuracy, Monday–Thursday 4/5 PM–8 PM and Saturdays 11 AM–3 PM.

Responsibilities include enrollment, testing, data entry, scheduling, and payments; you’ll train part-time teachers and coordinate operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–5 years of education, customer-facing, or management experience preferred.
• Comfortable presenting student progress and data to parents.
• Warm, organized communicator with strong follow-through and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct progress meetings with parents and students, review testing data, and follow up on inquiries.
• Enroll and conduct intakes for EP families, enter and analyze test results, support campaigns.
• Manage new-start programming, data entry, tuition collection, and scheduling.
• Train and support part-time EP teachers and coordinate day-to-day operations.
• Conduct retention activities and assist with re-enrollment outreach and payments.
