Title: Exam Accommodations Representative
Location: Onsite - Las Vegas
About the Role
The Exam Accommodations Representative is responsible for providing dedicated assistance to PSI candidates in need of specific accommodations. This is a semi-sedentary position, working in a fast‑paced call center environment.
This is a full‑time permanent role during test center opening hours. The incumbent may need to be available to support critical issues during evenings and over weekends.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist candidates via phone and email who are requesting exam accommodations.
- Work with various departments to support all activities related to the exam accommodations.
- Respond directly to requests initiated by candidates, client services and leadership utilizing a variety of systems.
- Coordinate with site administration staff to ensure exam accommodations for each candidate are met.
- Follow up with candidates to update them on the status of their accommodations.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive personnel information.
- Maintain spreadsheets and reporting for the Exam Accommodations team.
- Develop and maintain a working‑level understanding of all scheduling platforms, services, and strategic communication plan.
- Assist with registration and scheduling of CSRs on an as‑needed basis.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a call center environment expected.
- Experience in a Tier 2 customer service role preferred.
- Acceptable attendance point balance in previous roles expected.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications desirable.
