Targeted Provision Ltd is seeking SEN/SEND Tutors to deliver Maths, English or Science tutoring to young people with diverse learning needs. The role emphasizes creative, trauma-informed approaches and flexible hours, including remote teaching assignments.

The position supports safeguarding protocols, offers CPD access, and invites candidates passionate about improving educational outcomes for vulnerable learners to apply.

Competenze

• This role requires safeguarding knowledge and Safer Recruitment compliance.

• Enhanced DBS (assistance available) and two professional references.
• UK-based candidates with the right to work are required.

Your Role as an SEN / SEND Tutor

As an SEN / SEND Tutor, you will provide tailored tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with a variety of learning needs. Your approach will be creative, flexible, and trauma-informed, aimed at enhancing engagement and improving educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan engaging and holistic tutoring sessions that cater to individual needs.
• Provide ongoing feedback and complete lesson reports on student progress.
• Support young people in their educational and social-emotional journeys.

Employment Details:

This position involves engaging with us as a Worker for short-term assignments. You will work through a contract for service and be paid via PAYE. Please note that we do not offer a set amount of work or expenses coverage, but our insurance will cover your work with us.

• Enhanced DBS (we can assist with this if needed).
• Two professional references.
• Must be based in the UK with the right to work.
