Day to day, you will lead a team responsible for material processing, loading/unloading, and job staging, plan daily production schedules,

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or building materials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of production operations and safety standards.
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math.
• Physical ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
• Hands-on, organized management style.
• Commitment to teamwork and positive culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team responsible for material processing, loading/unloading, and job staging operations.
• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to meet targets.
• Monitor workflow and productivity, ensuring consistent output and adherence to company standards.
• Promote and enforce safety policies, ensuring compliance with all safety training and procedures.
• Track employee hours and timecards.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, etc.) to optimize workflow and customer outcomes.
• Quality checks all incoming and outgoing manufactured products for accuracy and quality.
