• Manage daily distribution yard activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping/building loads.
• Check incoming materials against invoices, unload and warehouse materials, and stack properly.
• Retrieve materials based on sales orders, build loads for delivery, and load delivery trucks.
• Operate forklift and other machinery as required.
• Ensure loads match orders before departure and maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness.

We are currently hiring for an EWP Material Handler position in our Building Materials Distribution Warehouse.

Hours: 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, Monday - Friday

This position is part of the Carpenter's Union #2761.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily distribution yard activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping/building loads.
• Check incoming materials against invoices, unload and warehouse materials, and stack properly.
• Retrieve materials based on sales orders, build loads for delivery, and load delivery trucks.
• Operate forklift and other machinery, including chainsaws, as required.
• Ensure loads match orders before departure and maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications: HS Diploma, GED, or 2 years' equivalent work experience. Ability to understand and communicate safety and work instructions.

Preferred Qualifications: Warehouse experience, forklift operation, chainsaw use, and knowledge of building materials are a plus.
