Lilly is seeking a Warehouse EWM Analyst to provide SAP EWM business support to the Warehouse and Logistics Process Team. You will troubleshoot issues, drive process improvements, and maintain EWM master data to ensure accuracy and integrity.

The role emphasizes safety, operational support, data analysis, system testing, and cross‑functional collaboration with MES, WCS, and SAP interfaces. A bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of SAP EWM experience are required, with U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of SAP EWM experience.
• Experience with SAP warehouse and inventory management processes.
• Comfort working with automated warehouse technologies (AGVs, ASRS, robotics).
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide EWM functional support for day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including site start‑up and ramp‑up activities.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve EWM‑related execution issues impacting production and warehouse performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess business and quality impact and implement effective corrective actions.
• Analyze EWM transactions and operational data to identify trends, improve throughput, and enhance process robustness.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and provide coaching to operators to increase EWM knowledge.
