Belimo is seeking an EWM key user to act as a liaison between warehouse staff and IT, providing first-level support, training, and feedback for SAP EWM. The role focuses on ensuring correct process execution, resolving day-to-day issues, and aiding in UAT and documentation.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a warehouse setting with strong communication, problem-solving, and basic IT knowledge to support system improvements and training initiatives at our Danbury location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience working in a warehouse setting.
• EWM experience is a plus.
• A deep understanding of how EWM is used for daily operations within a warehouse environment.
• Strong communication skills with both warehouse staff and IT professionals.
• Ability to analyze and resolve system and process issues.
• Familiarity with all aspects of warehouse management from goods receipt to shipping.
• Some IT system knowledge to communicate with the support team.

Responsabilités

• First-level support for operators with questions or problems in the EWM system.
• Train end-users on proper system use and share best practices.
• Identify system or process issues and escalate to IT or support teams.
• Provide operational feedback to improve warehouse processes and system functionality.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and testing phases for configurations.
• Assist in documenting procedures and creating training materials.
• Back up group leaders with task assignment, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth execution.
