Expleo Group USA seeks an EWIS Engineering Lead in Greensboro, NC to drive technical leadership across EWIS design, integration, certification, and production support for aerospace programs.

The role serves as the primary EWIS authority, guiding cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advancing engineering standards and best practices from development through manufacturing while sustaining program momentum.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience supporting aircraft EWIS design, integration, certification, manufacturing support, or production programs.
• Proven experience as Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, or SME on complex aerospace programs.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft electrical and wiring systems, EWIS regulations, aircraft integration and certification processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead EWIS technical leadership across design, integration, and certification activities.
• Oversee EWIS design and installation of wiring harnesses, connectors, and related components.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, SAE AS50881/AS5086 standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support industrialization, production readiness, and non-conformance resolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Electrical, Systems, Manufacturing, Certification) for program success.
