Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Electronic Warfare (EW) Training Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support on-site at Commander, Naval Information Warfare Training Group on Joint Base Little Creek-Ft Story in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

The ideal candidate will have a TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years in Navy EW, 8+ years of instructional methodologies, and hands-on experience with SLQ-32(V)6, developing exams and training materials, and delivering training and evaluation across classroom, online, and practical

Qualifications

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
10+ years demonstrated Navy Electronic Warfare experience.
8+ years demonstrated expertise in Navy instructional methodologies.
Experience with SLQ-32(V)6 system.

Responsibilities

Document, interpret, and analyze EW training requirements.
Assist in developing exam materials and EW course development and QA.
Assist with End of Mission Reporting and database entry.
Instruct EW training topics and courses; develop scenarios.
Establish evaluation criteria and training materials; adapt training methods as needed.
Travel 10–20 days per year.
