Job summary

Arcfield is seeking an EW Trainer System Integrator to support the integration, configuration, and sustainment of submarine training systems in Newport, Rhode Island. You will work with the Submarine Multi-Mission Team Trainer (SMMTT) and support its integration with the BLQ-10 Electronic Warfare Tactical System.

This early-career role targets individuals with experience in systems integration, networking, configuration management, and scripting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Experience with configuration management and deployment tools such as Ansible, Docker, and/or Clonezilla.
• Networking experience, including a working understanding of networked systems and troubleshooting.
• Programming or scripting experience with one or more of the following: Bash, C++, and/or Python.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn the BLQ-10 EW Tactical System; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to routine technical problems within established processes.
• Integrate SMMTT with the BLQ-10 EW Tactical System.
• Evaluate components to identify integration requirements.
• Integrate systems, networks, servers, applications, and related technologies.
• Troubleshoot and debug integration issues to improve performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and diagrams.
• Collaborate with teams to support system integration, verification, and validation.
• Support requirements management activities.
• Revise and maintain system configurations and documentation.
• Support system lifecycle activities from development to deployment.
