B3H Corporation seeks an experienced EW/SEAD Duty Officer (EWDO) to support the 505th CTS at Hurlburt Field FL, delivering joint theater environments and scenario generation for operational training.

Applicants should have DoD EW planning expertise, a DoD clearance, and a track record in exercise design and replication cells. The role requires coordination with multiple service components and clear communication of EW operations across domains.

Qualifications

• Three years experience in Joint and J/CAOC EW planning and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• DoD Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the employment of replicated EW assets across air, space, land and maritime operations.
• Replicate EWCC representative for exercise planning and execution.
• Support, advise and execute non-kinetic operations across space, cyber, EW and IO.
