Job summary

Silvus Technologies in Los Angeles (West LA) seeks a Principal Product Line Manager to lead EW and RF sensing strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle. You will own the roadmap, collaborate with engineering and leadership, and drive pilot programs and customer engagements in defense contexts.

The role requires 8–12+ years in defense PM/TPM, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance. Hybrid work with 3 onsite days per week is offered in West LA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of PM/TPM or Mission Solutions Lead experience in defense tech.
• Proven ability to engage with military operators and DoD stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of defense acquisition cycles and product-market fit in defense.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Technical familiarity with RF systems, sensors, embedded systems, or tactical UAS.
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define evolution of EW and sensing capabilities, including ES/EA/EP.
• Develop distributed sensing modalities and counter-UAS effects.
• Provide sensor-enabled radios and standalone sensing systems.
• Lead product lifecycle from concept to deployable product.
• Own product roadmap and align with engineering and leadership.
• Drive pilot programs, field tests, and customer engagements.
• Engage with end users to uncover pain points and use cases.
• Translate insights into actionable requirements and priorities.
