Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join the Crane NSWC team in Crane, IN. The role provides comprehensive logistics and product support analysis for the ALQ-99 Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) across all life-cycle phases to ensure warfighting readiness.

Responsibilities include PSA/LPD, LCSPs, OLSS/ULSS, LORA, supply and provisioning, and maintenance planning with applicable MIL standards. A Secret security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Secret security clearance (Interim Secret to start).
• Experience with Navy IPS planning, PSA, and logistics documentation.
• Familiarity with ALQ-99 or similar Airborne EW systems and PSE.
• Proficiency with MIL-HDBK-502A, MIL-STD-1388-2B, and OPNAVINST 3000.12B.
• Strong analytical, written, and briefing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform PSA and maintain Logistics Product Data (LPD) per MIL-HDBK-502A and SAE GEIA-STD-0007.
• Develop and maintain LCSPs, OLSS, and ULSS per DoDI 5000.02.
• Conduct LORA assessments to ensure conformance with program requirements.
• Support supply and provisioning activities including tracking material requirements and DMSMS.
• Perform Maintenance Planning analyses and assign SM&R codes per NAVSUPINST 4423.29A.
• Collect and analyze maintenance data including MTBF and OA.
• Support CM activities tracking engineering changes and impact on supportability.
• Conduct Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation analyses per MIL-STD-2073-1E.
• Provide support to ILSMT meetings and LRG audits and prepare briefing materials.
