Advanced Strategic Insight, Inc. (ASI) seeks an experienced EW/EMSO Subject Matter Expert to advance how electromagnetic warfare and non-kinetic capabilities are integrated into modern operations.

This role places you at the center of cross-domain planning and execution within a hybrid, full-time team. You’ll work with military and government stakeholders to shape future warfighting concepts, align planning with real-world mission requirements, and guide operational designs across EW, cyber,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational experience in Electronic Warfare or EMSO.
• Qualified or eligible for TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.
• Experience with joint and multi-domain operations.
• Experience supporting Air Operations Centers or equivalent.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple operational and technical communities.

Responsabilités

• Integrate EW/EMSO capabilities into mission planning and execution.
• Synchronize multi-domain effects with cyber, space, intelligence, and kinetic operations.
• Support AOC and Joint Operations planning, tasking, and assessment.
• Advance operational planning, targeting, and rapid replanning.
• Shape emerging capabilities with machine-aided planning and decision-support.
• Advise decision-makers with operational assessments and briefings.
• Support exercises, demonstrations, and experimentation.
• Travel as required based on mission needs.
