Job summary

Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, Ltd. is seeking an EW Data Analyst / Test Engineer (SE-3) to support Counter-sUAS efforts at 46 TS/TGBB, Eglin AFB, FL. This onsite role connects field test execution with data reduction and engineering analysis to validate performance and support solution development.

Responsibilities include designing test events, reducing raw data, and generating engineering insights. Active Secret clearance with TS/SCI and SAP access required eventually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• 3–10 years of relevant technical experience; experience may substitute for education.
• Past DoD cybersecurity experience is required.
• Experience in both test engineering and data analysis roles.
• Demonstrated ability to reduce and analyze complex test data.
• Experience with test equipment and analytical tools.
• Required certifications (choose one): CEH, CFR, CGRC, Cloud+, GSEC, PenTest+, or SSCP.

• Collaborate with systems engineers, hardware/software developers, and program managers to align test objectives with program goals.
• Support test teams in lab and field environments to ensure accurate data capture and reliable test execution.

In this onsite role, you will connect field test execution with data reduction and engineering analysis to help validate performance and support solution development.

Role Focus

• Support the design, planning, and execution of comprehensive test events for C-sUAS technologies
• Reduce and analyze raw test data to assess system performance against technical requirements
• Translate findings into engineering insights, recommendations, and documentation for stakeholders

• Strong technical writing skills for test plans, procedures, and formal test reports
• Analytical programming languages including Python, MATLAB, and R (preferred)
• Experience with DoD testing frameworks and standards (preferred)
