Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as an EMSO operator.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in operations analysis and capabilities development, testing, certification, or similar processes.
• Proven ability to work independently, self-learn new systems, and proactively support program development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess DoW EW capabilities against adversary threats.
• Develop and recommend EW capability gap solutions.
• Support strategy, concept, and plan development to mitigate EW gaps.
• Represent the JEC in national-level EMSO forums.
• Produce technical documentation and reports per contract deliverable requirements.
• Conduct software testing and gather user feedback.
