Job description

The EVT Parts Coordinator is responsible for receiving, inspecting, auditing, distributing, and shipping parts orders. The individual in this role will collaborate with the EVT Manager to control and monitor inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.

• Pay Range of $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, paid weekly

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Hours and schedule may vary

Responsibilities:

• Receive/inspect/audit parts orders
• Utilize EVT software to stock parts
• Work with EVT Manager to control and monitor inventory
• Record and track inventory of parts
• Maintain accurate stock levels and verify inventory accuracy
• Receive and accommodate incoming requests for orders
• Monitor shipments and follow up on orders

Requirements:

• Must submit to a background check and drug test
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Able to work in outside elements
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
