Vector Fleet Management is seeking a Fire Truck Diesel Mechanic, 1st shift to join our team in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Candidates should have at least five years of proven Fire Truck Diesel Mechanic experience or have graduated from a Trade School for Mechanics. CDL “A or B” is a plus!

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Fire Truck Diesel Mechanic with at least five years of hands-on experience.
3. Ability to perform preventive and repair maintenance on various Fire Trucks and apparatus.
4. Ability to diagnose and repair autos and light trucks.
5. Complete set of hand tools and a wheeled toolbox suitable for daily use.
6. Acceptable driving record and pass drug test and background check.
7. EVT Certification is a significant plus.
