Xanitos, Inc. is seeking an EVS Unit Director in Flowood, MS. You will oversee scheduling, standards, audits, inventory, budget control and staff development for the department within the hospital management contract.

The role requires strong leadership, customer-service focus, and the ability to communicate effectively with hospital personnel to meet client needs and ensure cost-effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous director experience required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Customer service oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Control expenses within area of responsibility.
• Develop and manage the Department Operating Budget.
• Evaluate supplies, equipment and purchases as needed.
• Maintain records and statistics for admin/regulatory purposes.
• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and supervise department functions.
• Establish work standards and workflow.
• Maintain effective communication with the client and hospital staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Maintain sanitary, attractive and orderly environment.
• Ensure environmental procedures are followed.
• Promote Xanitos culture, values and management philosophy.
• Be proactive in achieving hospital goals and objectives.
• Demonstrate quality leadership in meeting performance plans.
