As a subject matter expert, you will drive safety, policy development, and continuous learning, partnering with EVS leadership to improve quality, engagement, and patient satisfaction across the department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 5+ years of customer service experience; 2+ years of leadership in entry-level operations.
• CHESP or TCHEST certification preferred; valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, train, and develop EVS colleagues and leaders.
• Maintain annual competencies and training records for audit readiness.
• Ensure OSHA and infection prevention regulatory compliance across the department.
