Carle Health seeks an EVS JRLP / Training & Quality Supervisor to oversee the Job Readiness and Learning Program for Environmental Services staff, coordinate training, and perform quality audits. The role partners with Human Resources, Carle Experience, Quality, and operations to train EVS team members and improve department performance.

The role supports leadership in maintaining cleanliness and appearance across hospital facilities, and develops policies, procedures, and throughput

Qualifications

Education: Associate's Degree; Related Field experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
Work Experience: Workforce development; Human resources; Education/training.

Responsibilities

Assists in interview and hiring of new EVS team members.
Schedules and coordinates training and follow-up for EVS staff.
Establish training program for new EVS members using the Job Readiness and Learning Program curriculum.
Partner with Human Resources, Carle Experience, Quality, and operations to ensure training captures necessary technical and soft-skill learning.
Conduct quality audits and checks to ensure training translates to the work environment.
Identify workforce and quality-related trends and propose solutions for unfavorable outcomes.
Provide regular feedback to Human Resources/Workforce Development for agency/government reimbursements.
