Baptist Health is seeking an EVS Technician II for the Lexington campus. This full-time, second-shift role focuses on cleaning and disinfecting patient areas, supporting a safe and sanitary hospital environment, and performing routine floor care and waste disposal.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect patient areas including rooms, offices, waiting areas, and meeting rooms.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, OSHA, DOT, and PPE guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
• Perform occupied, discharge, and specialty cleaning using approved techniques and equipment.
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment and cleaning tools.
• Report maintenance, equipment, and safety concerns promptly.
• Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives.
