Select Medical in Miami Lakes, FL is seeking an Environmental Services Technician (EVS)/Housekeeping to help maintain a safe, clean hospital environment. The role involves cleaning patient areas, offices, lounges, hallways and bathrooms, and supporting infection control through routine sanitation.

The position is full-time with a starting pay of $16.50–$20.11 per hour, based on experience. Applicants should have housekeeping experience; the company offers PTO, health plans, a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience required.
• Hospital EVS experience preferred.
• High School degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment in patient rooms, offices, hallways and bathrooms.
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks according to schedules and procedures.
• Clean assigned areas by washing furnishings, floors and equipment with disinfectants to prevent the spread of disease.
• Dust, arrange furniture and replenish supplies.
• Make beds with clean linen and polish sinks, tubs and mirrors.
