Job summary

Harris Health in Houston is seeking an Environmental Services assistant to support cleaning and maintenance across Harris Health facilities. The role involves engaging with management and co-workers to keep all areas clean and well-maintained, with flexible hours. You will oversee assigned areas and report to a Supervisor.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime is required, with a focus on maintaining a safe, clean hospital environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Six months of recent hospitality, commercial or healthcare housekeeping experience preferred.
• Proficiency with a Personal Computer.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft.

• Assists in all activities of the Environmental Services department.
